Feel Good Dallas is back and has a new home, the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center! We're ecstatic to be partnering with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra to remind all of Dallas that music is medicine and we've got the antidote w/amazing musicians, and the legendary DJ Sober.

 

Last year's guided meditation with Priya Patel was the moment of the festival. This year, Priya gets a little more help from more of her Dallas Symphony Orchestra friends to deliver our guided meditation experience.


The team at Offbeat Fitness is coming to train your whole body, to help you tone and build resilience for whatever life throws at you. The very necessary beats will be provided by DJ Sober.
  
  Dr. Yune Lee (UT Dallas &The Center for BrainHealth), combined his passion for music with his interest in the brain by studying music cognition and auditory neuroscience. Dorsey Standish is a mechanical engineer, neuroscientist and wellness expert who brings evidence-based mindfulness and emotional intelligence to clients worldwide through her wellness company Mastermind.

  


 The great and powerful Kevin Curry of FitMenCook speaks on the problematic state of today's diet culture and better-for-you approaches to personal nutrition. 


 Psychedelics have the ability to profoundly and positively transform healthcare and interest in medical use of psychedelics to treat mental health has gone mainstream. Meet the researchers on the front lines in Texas, studying the impact of these therapies.
